Alyssa's Coming to America Day- Nov. 2013

Athens Academy has their middle schoolers reenact immigrants coming to America.  The kids have to dress appropriately.  They get spit into family groups, and have to go through the process.  I don't think Alyssa was able to Come to America.  Nan didn't make it either.

Emma Grace surgery #2- Nov. 2013

Emma Grace had to have another surgery this year.  This time to remove the tube from her eye.  Everything went very smooth.  She handled the anesthesia much better this time.  I love this little girl of mine.  She is a sunshine.

Happy Halloween! 2013

Alyssa started the season off with a bang.  Athens Academy has a middle school costume dance.  Alyssa was the cutest Alice in Wonderland.  We then carved pumpkins.  Had a spooky dinner.  Dressed up again.  Pirates, Tinkerbell, and a ninja?  OK.  and went Trick or Treating.  Happy Halloween!!!

Logan turns 5!!! Oct. 2013

This handsome boy turned 5 this year!  What a bundle of energy and joy.  He loved his birthday party at the gymnastics gym.  He loved every one of his gifts with super sonic enthusiasm.  He brings a smile to my face that doesn't quickly fade.  We love our favorite boy!!!

Savannah's first one act play- Soldiers Young and Brave Oct. 2013

Savannah's first High school theater production was a one act play.  It was called Soldiers Young and Brave.  It was a play about the civil war.  Savannah, as a freshman, was prepped by her mom not to expect a big role.  Whelp!  She landed one of the leads!  A little sister role.  She nailed it!!!  And even won the All-Star actress award at the competition!!!  As a Freshman!!!  Wow!
